  • We perform service on a first come first serve basis.
  • If you require priority service, there may be an additional charge.
  • Please back-up your data before bringing your system in for service.
  • We are not responsible for lost data!
  • Discount Computer Parts is not responsible for any damage done by defective parts or installations done by persons other than DCParts employees.
  • Virus / Spyware infections are not covered under warranty. All related services will be charged at full price.
  • Discount Computer Parts is not responsible for items left over 30 days.

OS Install
We install the appropriate operating system on your computer to restore it to factory defaults.

Virus & Spy Ware
We scan your computer using a multitude of virus and spy ware detection software to clean your computer system of these infections.

PC Tune Up
We run multiple utilities to clean up and make your computer run as good as new.

Training
On an appointment basis we send out a tutor to walk you through various aspects of your computer.

Pick Up & Delivery
Our staff comes to your site and picks up your computer and then brings it back once the service is done (note this fee is in addition to the service charge).

Trip Charge
This is a minimum charge for an onsite service call that does not require a full hours service(this can also be added to a warranty service call that you would like us to come to your site to perform the service).

Create Image Disk
We create an image of your computer on a disk for back up or restoration purposes.

Data Backup
We transfer your existing data to another form of media: Hard Drive, CD, and DVD.

Data Migration
We transfer your data from an existing computer to a new computer. Please note application software such as Office has to be reinstalled.

Data Recovery
If your computer has crashed and you have data that must be recovered. We pull information From the crashed computer to some other media.

Depot Service
We work on your computer system at our location. This work is done on a first come first serve basis.

Network Set-Up
We configure your wired or wireless network to your specifications, so you can access the internet or any other peripheral over a secure network.

We bring out and install your computer at your location and give you a brief tutorial on how to use it.
